Austro-Hungarian tunic 1861-67
Austro-Hungarian tunic pattern 1861-7, as worn during the 1864 Schleswig-Holstein and 1866 Austro-Prussian Wars. Identical copy of original ones, cut according to a pattern developed from these original tunics, and the text of the official regulations.
It is made of white wool cloth, lined with raw hemp canvas in the body and fine cotton in the skirts. Buttons of brass or pewter according to regiment.
The tunic can be made for both German and Hungarian regiments, Jaegers, Grenzers, as well as in all the versions for artillery, dragoons, chevau-légers, pioneers, gendarmerie, etc.
Available in the standard four regulation sizes, plus an additional xlarge one, or made to your own measures (specify your height for sleeve and tunic length).
The officer's version is made of superfine cloth and features a padded silk lining.
