British regimental coat 1840-1855

British tailed coatee, available for all regiments of Foot, including Highlanders. Exactly replicated from original coats preserved in the National Army Museum, the Scottish United Services Museum, and the 19th (Green Howards) regimental museum, it is made of fine madder red wool broadcloth exactly matching period samples, and lined with white wool serge in the body and tails (the sleeves are unlined, as in all the originals). Specify if you want the centre company coat with woolen tufted epaulettes or the flank company coat with wings. Available in the standard chest sizes, specify your height for sleeve length, or else made to your own measurements (see size chart).
