Prussian db coat 1808-1815
Pussian uniform coat or "Rock", made of dark blue cloth for infantry, artillery, and green for jaeger etc.
Meticulously reconstructed from the official regulations and the rare extant items on display at the Borodino museum in Russia and the Schloss Museum in Rastatt, these jackets are made of sturdy broadcloth and lined with wool serge in the tails and raw hemp/linen canvas in the body and sleeves. Collar, cuffs, shoulder straps and skirt turned-up facings in distinctive regimental colour.
They are available for any branch of service and unit, and in the standard 4 sizes provided for at the time, plus an additional xlarge modern size, or also made to your own measures (please fill-in measure form in the last pic above). Pewter or brass plain flat buttons in two rows of 8 each on the breast.
